RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to both our guests and our business. Our location is such that we do not have a large volume of drive in business and we depend heavily on advance reservations. Once we reserve a unit for a guest, we remove that unit from the market and turn down other requests for it. We do not practice overbooking or double booking. If a guest cancels a reservation more than 21 days prior to their scheduled arrival date we will refund the deposit, less 10% of the total original stay. (Family reunions are under a different policy.) If a guest cancels within 21 days of the scheduled arrival the deposit will be refunded less the service charge - only if we can fill the reservation completely with another guest.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIME YOU RESERVE. Payment is due upon arrival. The deposit amount is the first & last day payment, due within one week of making a reservation. The balance of room charges for the time reserved is due upon arrival. For payment on arrival we accept CASH, CHECKS, VISA & MASTERCARD. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
